Proposals & Bidding Overview
Once an estimate is reviewed and approved, the next stage is turning it into a deliverable for the client or packaging it for competitive procurement.
Darwin supports two paths from estimate to won work:
- Client Proposals — transform internal cost logic into presentation-ready documents with configurable cost visibility and PDF delivery
- Bid Management — package work into bid packages, solicit and compare bids, level proposals for fair comparison, and award to the best value
These workflows connect estimation to execution. A client proposal communicates scope and pricing to the client. Bid management structures procurement and feeds award decisions into commitments.
