Users and Review Roles
Who Can Use This Screen
Section titled “Who Can Use This Screen”Users is an administrator-only configuration screen. If you do not have administrator access, Darwin returns you to Home instead of showing an editable user list.
Use this screen to manage review roles for people who already belong to the Darwin instance. It is not the place to invite or create users.
Manage Review Roles
Section titled “Manage Review Roles”- Go to Configuration → Users.
- Find the person in the organization user list.
- Turn Approver on or off to control whether that person can be assigned to approve project work.
- Turn Price Reviewer on or off to control whether that person can be assigned to review pricing.
The change is visible when projects assign approvers or reviewers.
Keep Roles Deliberate
Section titled “Keep Roles Deliberate”Grant these roles to people who have the authority and context to make the corresponding decisions. Review role assignments periodically when responsibilities change.
For an invitation or account-registration issue, use the organization’s Darwin access process. Registration and invitations are handled outside this Configuration screen.
